Game of Thrones Whiskey Set
The Game of Thrones Whiskey Set consists of 8 Scotch single malt whiskies
7 named after the GOT Houses (Lannister, Stark, Tyrell, Targaryen, Tully, Grey Joy & Baratheon)
The 8th is dedicated to the Night’s Watch
House Targaryen / Cardhu Gold Reserve ~ This single malt Scotch celebrates the legendary women and their unwavering perseverance with a liquid that’s rich in texture and a balance of sweet fruit, dark chocolate, toffee and spice.
House Tyrell / Clynelish Reserve ~ Vibrant, golden Scotch which is light and floral, like House Tyrell, not to be underestimated with its underlying complex combination of Highland and maritime qualities.
House Baratheon / Royal Lochnagar ~ Balanced with delicate fruits and spices, this taste of royalty is best enjoyed neat.
House Tully / The Singleton Glendullan ~ Harnessing the force of the waters that flowed through the land. Best served with a splash of water, this Scotch has notes of green apple, honey and sweet vanilla and finishes dry and clean.
House Grey Joy / Talisker Select Reserve ~ Talisker’s layered flavours and signature maritime character are the result of it’s wave battered shores. Intense smoky single malt Scotch with spicy, powerful and sweet elements combined with maritime flavours.
House Lannister / Lagavulin ~ Lagavulin is a roaring single malt that leaves its intense smoky flavour on your palate with every sip. The golden liquid recalls the Lannisters riches, and is best served neat or with a single drop of water.
House Stark / Dalwhinnie ~ Like House Stark, Dalwhinnie is made in one of the highest and coldest distilleries in Scotland, and its extreme conditions are responsible for shaping its signature honeyed sweetness and spicy warmth. Naturally it’s best served chilled or over ice.
The Night’s Watch / Oban Bay Reserve ~ Oban sits beneath the steep cliff that overlooks the bay in the frontier between the west Highlands and the Islands, just as Castle Black sits between Westeros and what’s beyond the Wall. This liquid’s richness is balanced with a woody, spicy dryness that could undoubtedly keep the Night’s Watch warm on even the coldest night.
